BOOKING
A booking is binding for both parties as soon as you have booked via our online booking system.
After completing the registration form you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice.
By completing the booking form you accept our Terms and Conditions.
Payments must be made free of expenses, or any outstanding expenses must be paid subsequently.
Please be aware that once you have selected the language course and the afternoon program, any changes will incur an additional fee. A charge of 30,00 Euro will apply for any modifications in bookings.
We cannnot guarantee or hold a spot in our camps unless full payment is received prior to the start of the camp.
Up to 35 participants per camp will be accepted. Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be informed immediately if the camp is overbooked.
Auersperg-International Summer Camp / Auersperg Travels OG reserves the right of cancellation at any time.
If we are forced to call off the camp for unforeseen reason e.g. if the minimum number of 15 participants is not reached, force majeure, etc. we are unable to provide neither substitute service nor compensation.
However, in such cases you will receive all payments back.
We advise securing travel insurance to protect against unexpected additional costs.
Although the fee covers all camp-related expenses (excluding laundry service), we recommend bringen some pocket money (ca. 40,00 Euro per week) for extras.

Please be aware that in the event of booking cancellation from your side, any incurred expenses and fees will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations must be mand in wrinting e.g. via e-mail.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
We kindly ask parents bringing their children to the camp in person to arrive between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
Personal pick up from the camp on departure days is from 8:00am-12:00am.
ACCOMPANIED TRANSFER SERVICE
We provide an accompanied transfer service to and from VIENNA Airport, VIENNA Main Station, SALZBURG Main Station, and INNSBRUCK Main Station, which can be arranged for an additional charge.
The accompanied transfer service operates on set dates:

VIENNA & SALZBURG
Our staff will meet campers at Vienna airport or Vienna Main Station and accompany them by train to Wörgl Train Station.
Campers may also board or disembark at Salzburg Main Station.
From Wörgl Train Station, campers will be driven directly to the camp.
Duration Vienna - camp: 3,5 hours
Duration Salzburg - camp: 1,5 hours
Duration Wörgl - camp: 20 minutes
INNSBRUCK
Our staff will meet campers at Innsbruck Main Station and accompany them by train to Wörgl Train Station.
From Wörgl Train Station, campers will be driven directly to the camp.

Duration Wörgl - Camp: 20 minutes
WÖRGL
Campers arriving at and departing from Wörgl Train Station will be picked-up / droped-off.
ARRIVAL & DEPARUTE BY PLANE
Please confirm your flight times with us PRIOR to booking the flight. We can only arrange the airport pick-up and drop off if the arrival and departure times are coordinated with us beforehand.

All Arrival, departure and flight details must be provided by June 1st, 2025.
If arrival and departure details are provided late, parents will be responsible for organizig transportation themselves. We can not guarantee a place in our accompanied transfer service for later notifications.
All our transfers are accompanied by our staff.
We are also happy to help you with arrival / departure coordination from and to Munich airport.
HEALTH, ACCIDENT, LIABILITY INSURANCE
A personal health, accident and liability insurance is a mandatory requiement for each participant.
Further more participants should have a

- parents/guardians home, mobile and office phone number
- TBE/FSME - tick bite vaccination is recommended, please consult your doctor
Auersperg International Summer Camp / Auersperg Travels OG and its staff will take immediate action in teh event of accidents, health issures and emergencies. No medication will be given to children withour prior parental consent. For minor injuries, illnesses or homesickness we use cool packs, herbal teas, herbal creams and herbal drops.
MOBILE PHONES & ELECTRONICS
It is important to us that the children fully enjoy the camp, build meaningful connections and engage with other children. To create an unforgettabel experience, we have established a phone and electronic device policy:
Upon arrival at the camp, we kindly request that children and parents hand over all electronic devices to the camp staff. Starting from the 2nd day after arrival, children may use their phones at a designated time in the afternoon to call parents and relatives. Typically, phone time is between 6:30pm and 8:00 pm although the exact timing may vary depending on the day's activities. For example, if the weather allows, we may extend our time at the lake.
Children without a cell phone can stay in touch with their parents using a phone provided by Auersperg-International Summer Camp. The camp’s phone number will be shared with parents in advance.
To avoid long waiting times while a child is using the camp’s phone, we recommend bringing at least a basic push-button cell phone with internet access
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Laundry service is not included and can be booked for 7,00€ per week.
